Seven actions we can take together
- Road safety: obey traffic rules, drive responsibly, and protect pedestrians and passengers.
- Clean communities: dispose of waste properly and help keep streets, drains, and public spaces clean.
- Healthy families: practise good hygiene, use safe water, and seek qualified health advice and services when needed.
- Education: support children’s access to safe, inclusive, quality learning.
- Drug prevention: encourage informed choices, early support, and compassionate help for people facing substance-use challenges.
- Safety and dignity: reject gender-based violence, respect survivors, and seek appropriate local support when someone is at risk.
- Community development: volunteer, support constructive local initiatives, and ask public officials for transparent, accountable service.
These priorities matter in Monrovia and in rural communities throughout Liberia. Listen to your neighbours, share verified information, and turn concern into safe, practical action.
